This policy covers the website iheartceviche.com and the I Love Ceviche staff portal, run by Roys Food Repair LLC, doing business as I Love Ceviche - Surf & Turf ("I Love Ceviche", "we", "us"), a food cart at Bend Base Camp, 317 SW Century Dr, Bend, OR 97702.
What we collect
- Feedback you send us. If you rate your meal on our review page and leave a private message, we keep the rating, your message and any name or contact details you choose to add, so we can reply.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. These services may use cookies or similar technology and collect device and browser information such as IP address, pages viewed and referring site.
- Staff portal (employees only). For people we employ, the owner or general manager enters a name, role, work location and, if the employee agrees, a mobile number and email address. The portal also stores passkey sign-in data (a public key, never your fingerprint or face data), training records and a sign-in cookie.
Online ordering and our rewards program are run by Toast on Toast's own pages. Information you give there is handled under Toast's privacy policy.
How we use it
- To answer feedback and improve our food and service.
- To understand how the website is used.
- To run the staff portal: invite employees, let them sign in, and keep training records.
We don't sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
Our text message program, I Love Ceviche Staff Alerts, is only for our employees. It sends staff portal invite links and account and training notifications. It never sends marketing or promotional messages.
- We collect an employee's mobile number only when the employee agrees to receive these texts. Consent is not a condition of employment. See how employees opt in.
- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the text messaging service provider we use to deliver our own messages, which may use the number only to send them.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and staff portal (website hosting, analytics, email and text message delivery), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety. Except as described in the Text messages section above, these providers may use the information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep feedback and staff records only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires. Employees can ask us to correct their details at any time.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing Admin@iheartceviche.com.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
